About Black Ring Swing
Black Ring Swing is a swinger lifestyle community in the Baltimore area run by hosts Matt and Gina. It exists, in its own words, to guide people new to the lifestyle and give veterans a community they can count on. It does that through meet and greets, club events, house parties, and travel.
Its club nights happen at Tabu Social Club in Catonsville, where the community has its own Black Ring Swing Playroom. In 2026 the hosts announced that as of July 1 they became Tabu's new hosts, taking over from the club's founders. Black Ring Swing continues as a separate community.
The next listed event is Bling, a glittery club night at Tabu on November 14, 2026. Registration through the site is required for every event.
What to Expect at Black Ring Swing
Club events at Tabu carry themes. 2026 brought a pajama party in January and a Rainbow Party in April where guests wore a color for their play level. A One Love reggae night ran September 12. Bling follows on November 14. Past nights offered members $10 off the door before 10 PM and a $10 weekend membership.
Meet and greets are free and casual, held at breweries, wineries, and bars such as Linganore Winery, with an icebreaker game and prizes. Ladies-only socials like Ladies Unwined and Lingerie and Libations run in the evening or afternoon.
Private house parties are couples and single females only. Doors open at 7 PM, entry closes at 9 PM, and play runs at your comfort level until 1 AM. They sell out, and the address goes out after confirmation. The community also books group trips on Bliss Cruises and to Hedonism II.
Who Can Attend
Anyone can register for a free meet and greet, which the hosts recommend as the way to meet the community before a club night. Club events at Tabu follow Tabu's membership rules, with member deals for Black Ring Swing guests on the list.
House parties are limited to couples and single females, and registrations must be confirmed by the hosts. Play is never required and no means no.
Volunteers who help at larger events get free access, and the hosts say they remain available for lifestyle questions.

November 14 to 15, 2026: Bling club event at Tabu. Meet and greets and ladies' socials are added to the events page through the year. Many run on Saturday late mornings from about 11 AM to 2 or 3 PM.
Sunday Funday club takeovers have run from noon to 5 PM.

Start with a free meet and greet. Register on the events page, find the hosts under the red tent or at the bar, and bring your own drink. Then register for a Tabu club night and get on the Black Ring Swing guest list for the member deals.
