Valentines in Niagara states that the venue is reserved exclusively for attendees, with no outside guests or families.

That exclusivity is the point. Every guest in the lobby, the pool and the elevator is there for the same event. Public areas that would be off limits at a normal hotel, like the pool deck, become event spaces with their own rules. Most organizers keep the hotel name private until a guest has paid, which is why so many calendar entries read Not published for the venue.

Size varies a lot. Libertine Miami describes approximately 250 guests. H&H Social Club lists expected attendance of 360 plus for its Winter Wonderland weekend. Separate model. The pass and the room are bought separately. Naughty in N'awlins sells couples passes through its members site and lists hotel rooms separately at printed nightly rates. PULSIFY sells event tickets through the organizer and offers a room block at the resort under a group code. Its page states that a hotel room is not required to attend.

Pass or pass plus room. Monster Bash in Niagara Falls sells a Pass Only option and a Pass and Room option. Both are priced per person in Canadian dollars and sold to couples only. Intimate Parties Group runs a room block with a two night minimum and a waiting list for Saturday only rooms.

Two practical points follow. First, check which refund rule applies to which purchase, because a hotel block and a ticketing platform rarely share one policy.
