About THE HOUSE
The House is an on-premise lifestyle party held in a private residence in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is invitation only, with no membership and no dues; the only way in is a reservation request on the party's own website.
Parties run on Saturday nights and every other Friday from 7 PM to 2 AM, and everyone must arrive by 10:30 PM. The property has eight play rooms open all evening and a large group area. There is also a hot tub, a 16 by 40 foot in-ground pool, and a full kitchen.
The hosts describe it as more than a traditional swing club: an adult social party where couples explore without pressure. Donations are published by night and guest type, and beer and wine are the only alcohol allowed.
What to Expect at THE HOUSE
Late September 2026 brings a Glow Party on Saturday the 26th and a Last Swim party on Sunday the 27th from 1 to 7 PM. October opens with a Friday Female Fantasy Night on the 2nd and a Casino Night on the 3rd. Casino Night runs roulette, three-card poker, and blackjack for chips and a prize.
Friday Female Fantasy Night is built around women's choices. The hosts admit about 50 men, 25 single women, and 25 couples. Women fill out colored cards with their limits and a reserved room time, then hand them to the men they choose.
Every new guest gets a video tour and a chance to ask questions. Food, soft drinks, water, condoms, lube, and wipes are free, and the FAQ says nobody has to play; watching is fine.
Who Can Attend
Couples and single females attend by invitation. The FAQ asks new guests to email a picture and caps a Saturday at 45 couples and 5 single females. Single men are admitted on Friday Fantasy nights only, and the hosts warn that any disrespect gets a man removed.
There is no membership and no personal information collected. Guests show picture ID, which is not copied, and sign a one-page agreement confirming they are 21 and comfortable with adult situations.
