About OTR4U
OTR4U is a clothing-optional, couples-only, 21-and-over private gated resort at 3086 FM 1395 in Wills Point, Texas, a scenic drive east of Dallas. It has seven cabins, two Bed-n-Box rooms, full RV hookups, and tent sites with water and power.
Days center on a large swimming pool and hot tub, a community kitchen, and a pavilion with cabanas. Nights move to Xcape, the on-site night club, open every Friday and Saturday. It has a DJ, a laser-light dance floor, dual poles, and mixers for your BYOB drinks.
Day and club passes are $50 per couple Sunday through Thursday and $80 on Friday and Saturday. Overnight stays run from $85 tent sites to $180-plus cabins, and lodging includes the Xcape events.
What to Expect at OTR4U
Xcape runs themed Saturdays. October 2026 opens with a Laugh-in Disco Night on the 3rd and Pirates or Barbarians on the 17th. A Haunted Halloween costume party closes the month on the 31st at holiday pricing. The 10th and 24th are Sexy Saturdays, with the 24th a coupon weekend.
The resort pitches itself as a safe, non-threatening place for like-minded couples to meet, dance, and socialize. Its pages describe the pool, hot tub, kitchen, club, and lodging; they do not describe play areas or a play policy.
Cabins have full baths, TVs, small fridges, microwaves, coffee pots, and covered porches. RV pads are pull-throughs with 50-amp service and septic, and pets are welcome at RV sites but not in cabins. Every building is non-smoking.

Overnight guests face a two-night minimum from April through September on cabins and 50-amp RV sites. Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day weekends need three nights, and there are no check-ins Monday through Wednesday.

The office is open Sunday through Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM. Xcape opens every Friday and Saturday night. Day passes run from 10 AM.
October 2026 Saturday themes are disco on the 3rd, Sexy Saturday on the 10th, and Pirates or Barbarians on the 17th. Sexy Saturday returns on the 24th, and Halloween is the 31st.
